Rugged Terminal

Programmable data capture terminals housed in a cast aluminium case fixed to a steel chassis forming a rigid construction. The case is finished in light grey and slate blue.

The Terminal range supports either the FACT or FAMS protocols and are designed for industrial and other demanding and hostile environments.

There are three basic models within the Rugged family that are distinguished by their keypad functionality as follows:

RA1B
The terminal has a single IN and OUT button and is used for basic 'clocking in and out' operations.

RS2N
The terminal has a numeric keypad with 12 function keys. This model is also available with a 6 line by 40 character LCD.

RS2A
The terminal has an alpha/numeric keypad with 12 function keys. This model is also available with a 6 line by 40 character LCD.

The Rugged terminal employs a powerful V55 micro-processor and is capable of a wide selection of media input technologies. In addition to having a fully adjustable audio sounder, the 2x40 VFD is clearly visible in a wide variety of lighting conditions.

WARRANTY
All Rugged series terminals are subject to a one year return to factory warranty.
