The Cyber Mill is a miniature bench-top machine-tool trainer. It provides an excellent and economical introduction to ISO format programming using industry-standard G and M codes.

All the machine axis including the vice jaws are under computer control allowing the machine to be loaded and unloaded by either our Gryphon or Serpent robots thus allowing workcells to be created. The machine uses stepper motors on the main axis and features a variable spindle speed from 0 to 4500 in 9 steps.

The software uses industry standard G and M codes, it features a graphical simulation for off-line program checking. The unit is supplied with a set of small milling cutters but in addition it has a drawing table and pen. The unit is fully guarded with magnetic interlock switches on the doors.
