IFSEC 2010

Thanks to all of you who came to visit us at the recent 2010 IFSEC annual security exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham. It was a successful show for us with much interest shown in our latest security product, the Stand Alone Access Controller which provides a low-cost solution for applying security to a door, gate or barrier. This budget product is suitable for internal and external use and requires nothing other than a mains connection to operate. No setting up via a laptop required – straight out of the box and go!

Feedback also demonstrated the Evolution Access Control solution which is designed around an IP addressable Door Controller. This plugs directly into an existing TCP/IP network and forms the basis of a site wide access control system which can be monitored centrally.

Two new time and attendance products were also on display; the Nohmad GPRS terminal with fingerprint reader and the touch-screen TS2020 terminal. Both have recently been launched and reinforce Feedback’s position as a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative time and attendance terminals.

It was good to see old friends again as well as making new ones.  Perhaps the show was not as large as in some years but we did notice many more people attending from abroad.  As always, it was interesting to see the new emerging technologies becoming available and how these may influence our future product offerings.
